My Gem Nights

My Gem Nights

A Poem by Mellisa
"

A poem inspired by a nightmare.

"
A coffin of bones broken, shattered.
A hidden gem fell off a hand.
Scratched chipped discolored.
Black Blue some Red sustains.
Bones smash the gem.
Breaking Splitting Gashing Tearing.
Swelling of rupture.
ablaze the flame of onus on the progeny.
The imprisonment of one is inferior.
Compared to ones freedom.
Vile bones paralyze the gem.
Gem beseech fatality of one self.
A beg for a swift demise.
It is received by the bones quick means.
The gem flies far away from there.
To a heaven of ones dreams.
