Silent Ghost

Silent Ghost

A Poem by Amelie Poulain
"

something creepy, silent, watching.

"

The silent ghost,

Standing,

Watching,

Every move you make,

Every step you take,

Is measured by,

The silent eye.

She watches him,

Him with her.

But neither see,

That she could be,

Watching them,

Standing there.

Her once true love,

While she's above,

Has forgotten,

The apple is rotten.

Love is gone,

She disappears at dawn,

And one clocks tick,

Ends.
