On my Knees

I wish I could scream

As loud as my voice would allow

So that everyone could hear my pain.

 

I'd run through the forest

Desperately seeking relief

In fear of never finding it.

 

Spinning and twirling

Trying to shake this feeling

But nothing apparently works.

 

Eventually giving up

I'd fall down to my knees

Crying and pleading God help me please.

 

Finally, after all the work

The pain will leave

All because I feel to my knees.
