And we're dancing

And we're dancing

A Poem by Miss Fox
"

"
The summer nights are arriving earlier
but it's still so warm-
so perfect-
and we're dancing.

The old fan is pulling in the humid evening air
and the little black radio is playing M. Ward
and the cicadas are humming
and we're dancing.

My face cradled in the curve of your neck-
your arms resting on my hips-
my fingers twisted into your shirt-
your lips sitting softly on my brow-

And we're dancing

I like how you have explained the simplicity but yet intensity of the moment. Very nice

Dancing can be intimate as you have shown here in this write. I feel this way about holding hands, it is just something special about it and beautiful. I enjoyed this small piece of time that you reflected in your write here.
