Wow! You put it so simple, but there can be so much being said in these words. This awesome poem reminded me immediately of the poem I wrote called, "Behind The Curtain.". It's awful how people lie and manipulate just to look good or to control someone. Bold poem. Thanks for sharing it with us! :)

Not a bad poem. I think it could be improved, however, by omitting the word caught from the beginning of lines: 2 - 3 - 4 - 6--7-8-11.

The word caught, then becomes more powerful , developing its' own ryhthm as it repeats.
