Chameleon

Chameleon

A Poem by Amy

You have a colour for every person you know,

I watch you from a distance,

as your emotions glow.

You can’t tolerate being caught,

you think you’re so clever,

I’ll watch you burn and rot,

because that’s exactly what you deserve.

I won’t let me be the fool,

you f*****g chameleon,

I’m the one that rules,

so plan your life accordingly.

Go hide in the grass,

it’s what you do best,

you’re better hidden,

go blend with the rest.
