On My Bones

On My Bones

A Poem by Amy

Hardworking hands,

never put to rest.

Heartache and pain,

a chance to change.

The hope to be stronger,

that beauty can smoulder.

Joy and care,

being prepared.

Till my body is dust,

and my soul is no more,

I will love you.

This life has been hard,

on my bones.

oh dear this is so nice
oh yes living is hard
Hardworking hands,
never put to rest.
Heartache and pain,
Joy and care,
being prepared.
Till my body is dust,
and my soul is no more,
I will love you.
This life has been hard,
on my bones.
oh how sweet ,till dust i will love you
this life been hard on my bones
sweet sweet everything ,feelings and tender words
yes this life is hard...
how wonderful...

I like the feel of this one Amy. It leaves things open and that allows the reader to make it their own. Always a good way to craft a poem.
