Joy and happiness were small words.

You and me, hand in hand.

A silent echo of the summer bustle.

Moist lips and trembling body.

Warm hands.

And your hair over your forehead.

You and me

We were all that.

Definately an ending that has stimulated this short but poignant little piece as the protagonist reflects on the loss of 'you' from 'you and me'
