pushing winds

pushing winds

A Poem by Laura Paxton

`Blowing, blowing and blowing

They say the apple never falls far from the tree

But the leaf just keeps falling.

Blowing through the wind,

Woven from the seeds of the trees

Delicate strands of cloth entwined together,

Forming one among hundreds, in colors of the fall.
