Administrative Law Assignment Writing: 5 Points to Understand ‘Rule of Law’

A Story by mirasmith

Law assignments become a bone of contention for many law students. They have to learn so many articles, judgments, cases, committees, and conventions. The subject is wide thus things to learn are also wide. There is one topic called ‘Rule of Law’, many students can’t understand what is this. And when they are given administrative law assignment writingthey feel helpless to write about this topic.

If you are also given an administrative law assignment, then you must be clear about the meaning of rule of law otherwise you can’t write about it. Scroll down and know what is this law.

What Is Rule of Law?

As the name implies. In a country, there should be a rule of law. No monarchy and no dictatorship. Everyone should live life according to the law. Rule of law secures citizens from the arbitrary power of government.

Now, let’s move ahead and know how to write about it in the paper.

1. Understand that Why the Government Is Formed: Have you ever thought what is the purpose of forming a government? If not then you have to understand it now. Joint meetings of the different houses in the Government decide which law is required. Then debate happens on the matter and then the law is made so that citizens' rights can be secured.

2. Know the Importance of Just Law Everywhere: Just law means fair and efficient law for every citizen of the country. Often due to discrimination some people or groups are marginalized by dominant people. In this case, only dominant people have access to justice. When just law is established everywhere, then no person or group can be devoid of equal justice in a country.

3. Know Why Open Government Or Transparency Is Needed?: Often governments take arbitrary decisions and common people have to follow them. But when there is a rule of law, then the government has to be accountable to citizens and can’t violate the rights of people. It has to make decisions based on the constitution of the country so that no rule is broken.

4. Find How Impartial Justice Is Possible?: If in a country rule of law prevails, then the judiciary can’t perform impartially. If there is no rule of law, then the dominant classes can suppress the minorities and weak people, and the judiciary also issues arbitrary verdicts. You can elaborate on this point by presenting the situation of the absence of rule of law.

5. Find the Relevant Articles: All the above points should be justified by the right article, Without the correct presentation of articles, the professor can think that the information has not basis and is discussed without research. So, make a list of articles related to rule of law, and use them as per requirement in the paper.

Rule of law is a very important topic of the law subject. Many good questions are asked in the assessment from this topic. So, when you write about it, then keep on learning information. The above points make your understanding more clear. If you still can’t write effectively, then you can also seek assignment help from professional writers, and get impressively written papers.
