storytelling

A Poem by Sora Kim

please do take a seat,
have a seat.

you've been on a journey
might as well take a seat.

how was the path?
how were the people?
don't hesitate to spill
i'll clean up the mess afterward.

we all had a slip up and spill once a while
once a time.
once upon a time.

don't underestimate an ear,
it hears,
it understands.
if it's positioned well with the mind.

so please, do take a seat.
tell me the story of how you came here.

your presence is more than a reason to stay -
than to tell your story.

your presence is plenty enough worthiness to tell the story.
tell a story.

You have got to be a counselor of some sort. If not, you should be.
