Untrue

Untrue

A Poem by Mintwhiskers

You left me that night

all alone and out of controll

My heart pained as if my love was being cut up

You left as the fires embers were slowly dying

You said i was untrue

You hit me and hurt me and gave me a bruise

left with a price for me to pay

As the baby laid swaddled in my arms

But was I the untrue one

This poem was great. It starts out going in one direction and ends in another. Very impressive.
