The Other HalfA Poem by minislaThe Other Half
Feel it playing tricks again Feelings wander too and fro Uncontrollable emotions Morbid thoughts vaguely
Often hint towards self harm Feel powerless to quash Thoughts of sorrow embrace Putting my sanity to the test
Rarely suggests happiness An eagerness to fold the page Which one I wonder is next Anger rarely shows its face
Almost reduced to tears Borne from all my worst fears What will tomorrow bring Sadness for so many years
Betrayal a strong residual force Refusing physical side peace Funny thing I worry for no one Worried for no one only me
Off to lay my head down Turn the switch off to see How I will cope as daylight breaks Guess what has to be must be © 2013 minislaFeatured Review
