UnwantedA Poem by minislaUnwanted A poem by Minisla
No one really wants them The creatures treated cheap No reasons given for it So they just put them to sleep
They are only bred for profits Often kept cluttered in sheds See no sign of daylight Until the right price is paid
The conditions sometimes awful Barely have room for their beds Sleeping in their own urine and faeces Mothers bred and bred and bred
So if you’re going xmas shopping To buy a pet for your kids Please don’t buy from a breeder Choose one from a shelter and donate instead
For the animal you purchase is far from a toy It experiences many feelings just like you or I For if you don’t abandon it You will enjoy many years of joy © 2013 minislaFeatured Review
