No, I can't

No, I can't

A Poem by minicoop

I said it was a metaphor,

I said I didn’t care.

But what was I aiming for

When I tried to hold your stare?

I know it’s just a game

And I know that you don’t see,

But I can’t help to feel lame

Whenever you look at me.

So I tried to fight back-

I tried to make a stand!

But all I saw was how much I lack-

When faced with your mighty hand.
