Stupid teenager feelings

I've had the future planned out since the first time you asked

I couldn't bring myself to tell you

Because I knew you would try to stop me

And I can't handle that

It'd be best for the both of us

I want to dissipate in the sun

I want to disappear in the night

I want everyone who has ever held their breath for me

to let it go

I swear I try to be happy

but these long days still get to me

And I'm scared what you'd do

if you knew what I do, to get through them

And maybe

you'd see the sorrow

if you opened your god damn window

and maybe

you'd shed a tear

if you took a step out of the god damn door

I want to dissipate in the sun

I want to disappear in the night

I want to burn up in the summer

I want to freeze over with the winter

And I want everyone who has held their breath for me

to let it go

I'm sick of dragging you down to the ground

That was a powerful read. The repetition of "I want to dissipate in the sun
