Dad you are my Husband

Dad you are my Husband

A Poem by Heath Mindy
"

song I just wrote to share some facts of this life.

"

"LOVE DAD, HE'S NOT SO BAD, HE'S JUST HAS SOME BAGGAGE THAT FEW HAVE HAD:"

"We'll break that chain, and all be glad, that those bad times won't again (long beat) be had."

"We have today, new memories from old, not the old and cold, but the old and new, now once again we are going for brand new: I want you to know I love being with you, I love that we are one, please as your wife, don't let us be done:"

"I married to cleave, but you keep making me leave, I cannot stand the religion of choice, you make a woman with no voice: We have feelings and feelings matter, I hear you go on with meaningless chatter: Let's finish this song, Let's all get along!"

I'm not sure what to make of this one....starting with the odd title. Dad/husband in the same sentence are unsettling, perhaps there's a meaning behind this one, I'm not getting it...
