You used to be my one and only
With you I always wanted to be Now we’ve gone our separate ways I’ve given up counting the days We used to share secrets big and small You were there to catch me If I were to fall You lifted me high Above the sky All this was shattered By one little lie Why do you treat me so bad? Was anything true of what we had? I miss you Deep down you DO know I feel so downtrodden and low I just want at least our friendship I have given up on false hope Without you here to hold me All alone I’ll have to cope © 2015 Millzy86 |
