unraveledA Poem by Millzy86written 2014
Morning kisses, bedroom eyes
My growing love for you getting harder to disguise You see through the masks I always felt compelled to wear Making me uncover the me I've always feared A journey starts with a single step Unloading the burdens I always kept You strip me bare, naked to the core Forgetting the reasons why I've never opened up before I'm going crazy, I must be out of my mind When I close my eyes your face is the solace I find When you're with me, holding me tight You tear down the walls Ending the meaningless fight © 2015 Millzy86 |
