finality of death

finality of death

A Poem by millennial leo
"

More of a little blurb than a poem... I don't know.

"

Nothing seeks divine creation like the bitterness of death.

No sweet joy on earth makes up for the longing of the promise-

Of meeting again, of having no goodbye.

Very moody and brooding--But absolutely the kind of stuff I like. I love little blurbs like this. I think "little blurbs" truly get to the heart of a writer's thoughts and emotions. It's like stripping away all the other stuff and just writing the truth. I'd love to read more of these! I loved how the sentence structure matches the content--Two longer sentences followed by an extremely short one and then ending on "goodbye." Very cool.
