There's a little house I've been keeping warm for you
Right on the corner of Ventricle and Atrium. I've been keeping the place safe, stoking the fire to keep the interior comfortably warm, even on the coldest of nights. There are bay windows and wallpaper, stone accents, hardwood floors, and a great big front door of cherry oak. The lighting is natural and warm-- the warm that reminds you of pale golden sunlight kissing your skin the warm that calls to the front of your mind, that memory. the warm of fresh-baked cookies and lap-sitting and surety and a time when things were easy The honeyed hues of light bring out the tones of the furniture-- the deep browns and mahoganies of table and seat and... enhance the softness of the sofa--almost too soft too easy to forget your problems. There are flowers on all the tables and the subtle smell of their fragrance lingers at times in the air. The flowers rotate from honeysuckle and lilac to rose and hibiscus and tulip and carnation and sunflower and... There's a house I've been keeping safe and warm for you Right on the corner of Ventricle and Atrium.
