Break-up Breakdown

Break-up Breakdown

A Poem by Miles

I told you we were done
I told you it was over
I told you don't call me
I told you never again

I told you leave me alone
I told you find another
I told you we weren't friends anymore
I told you to move on

Yet, here you are
With tears flowing out
Saying you can't live
Without me

What can I say
To this desperate, little babe?
There's someone else
In this house
But it's not you

I told you it wasn't gonna happen
I told you you weren't my type
I told you that you're crazy
I told you to go home

Yet, here you are
With flowers in your hands
Saying you can't live
Without me

What can I say
To this desperate, sad, short babe?
There's someone else
In this house
But it's not you

There's someone else
In this house
But it's not you
