Space Snake

Space Snake

A Poem by Miles

Climb the rafters
Get to the top
Who is he after?
Looks like he'll never stop

Forget your shoes
Can't put up a fight
So much to lose
All ridin' on a bite

We're dealin' with a space snake!
Should I bring a gun or a cake?
We're dealin' with a space snake!
Don't know if this is real or fake

Just run faster
It's all on you
He's not your master
Believe it's true

But then again
It came from space
You don't know when
But now it's in your face

We're dealin' with a space snake!
I got a feelin' I can't shake
We're dealin' with a space snake!
I'm tryin' hard but I can't wake

We're dealin' with a space snake!
Looks like I made a big mistake
We're dealin' with a space snake!
No more excuses I can make
