The Rain

The Rain

A Poem by Miles

Oh, deeply
Keep fallin' on me
I don't care
Keep kissin' the ground

Ambient
Loosely transient
Showering my sorrow

Everyone goes in
While I stay out
To feel the raindrops
Stabbing me

You'll never understand
How I see it
You'll never understand
How I need it

So don't try
And bring me inside
To dry
