Subjective Objective

Subjective Objective

A Poem by Miles

Put some pink sugar in a lamp
Bring it to the spaceman
Cash a check on the way
To the underground subway

High-tail it out of the ball room
Too many people lookin' at you
Rip in the parachute
Land on a black cloud in the afternoon

Bleedin' marbles in a cage
Couldn't stick your fingers through the bars
Seein' stars
Wouldn't wash your hands after buildin' sands
Can't have mini castles on my lands

Wanna know more 'bout the bend
Gotta send myself far from now
A much better place but don't know how

Lookin' for the key to the gate
Gotta open up to another state
Know it's my fate

Listen to the tale you're readin'
Just another way of feedin'
Out of the box
Ship's leavin' the docks
