Just Another Guy

Just Another Guy

A Poem by Miles

Back in the line of unity
Masquerade for impunity
All a shade of disrespect
Though there's nothing to expect

A crossroad with testing signs
Can't read between the lines
How can you know they're lying?
It's your patience they're trying

In the end you stop caring
And they just keep on daring
Doesn't matter what you do
It all comes back on you

So I just walk away
Don't know what to say
Shouldn't be treated this way
How can you expect me to stay?

They're making this more than it is
Can't decide what's hers or his
It's all just gonna pass by
...just another guy
