Paranoid Schizoid

Paranoid Schizoid

A Poem by Miles

When the car breaks down
A long way from town
Your head is spinnin'
You end up in a gown

Wonder what the hell's goin' on
They said they found you kissin' the lawn
Neighbors said you're lunacy
Actin' like is wasn't a con

Give me an excuse
Not to blow this fuse
This is a circus
They're here to irk us

The plants have brains
And those aren't pee-pee stains
Gotta shed my outer skin
Gotta break these paper chains

So tell me who I am
But don't tell me where I am
They're all listening
From the rooftops
