Plans For The Future

Plans For The Future

A Poem by Miles

I'm plannin' a date with Uncle Sam
Can't wait for souls to damn
I'll prob'ly turn into a brutal man
Shootin' up the enemy in Afghanistan

But then again
I could always start a band
Singin' about my life, strife, and sand
Makin' easy money off my poetry
Livin' large like a Norwegian snow tree

Or I could got to college and do it right
No need to stress my throat or pick a fight
Become a psychologist and help a kid
Call CPS and tell 'em what the parents did

Of course,
I could always marry a rich chick
Become a drug dealer and take my pick
But that would be sick

I could off meself
But that wouldn't be very fun

I could get a cheap job
But that would suck

I could publish my life story
And that would be cool
Or even my poetry
Just sittin' back
Reelin' in cash

Or I could live with my mom
...Nah
