Crazy Lady

Crazy Lady

A Poem by Miles

This lady's crazy
Got a head case
Quackin' on and on
'Bout perfection and redemption

This lady's loony
Won't shut up 'bout Jesus
Actin' like she knows
Thinkin' she's a priestess

This lady's crazy
Lookin' like a prostitute
Smellin' destitute
Needs to brush her teeth

This lady's psycho
Hand on our heads
Don't even know her
Dancin' like a stripper

This lady's got the sickness
All up in our business
Screwin' up our hair
Should fall down some stairs

Shoot this lady up, please
Lock her up, swallow the keys

I really enjoyed reading this.

I have to leave for work really soon, but I wanted to review this poem quickly, before I leave. This really was a strong piece, it flowed really well and kept me captivated. I think it's one of the most perfect pieces I've read on this site for slam poetry, something I've never done, but that my English teacher is extremely interested in. I think I'll show him this. Thank you!
