Waking

Waking

A Poem by Miles

Breathe me through a tunnel of dimensions
Lift the altar and allow my ascension
Cast a glow upon my hair
Raise me up through lucid air

Tell me I’m the one that always was
Explain to me it’s all because
Time has no beginning and I have no name
No shorthand, no malice
No flaw, no shame

Just keep on
For in the end I will wake, powerless
And slightly further will I regard
My subconscious boundless
