Recklessness

Silence is a sanctuary to many


To me silence drives me crazy


All I hear is the racing of my thoughts


The blood rushing through my veins like lightening striking through my chest


My body begins to speak to me


Wanting to pour out every emotion living inside of me

There’s no voices around but the volume of my thoughts


Sentences stranded in my mind


Until I discovered verses and rhymes

A remedy my soul ached to find

You have great potential and I really enjoyed your words but if I can offer a bit of advice it would be to break down your poetry into stanza's and use punctuation ...Your words are bunched together and it takes away from how the reader perceives it. For example:

Thank you, I guess sometimes I focus more on pouring out my emotions rather than the construction of the poem or how readers will interpret it.

You're quite welcome, there's nothing wrong with focusing on a poems emotion that's driving force. If it's all jumbled up tightly people lose their concentration and most time won't get it...Sometimes even a picture can add or detract from a piece of writing. Keep up the work :D
