BreEle: When I Imagine the Rest of our lives

BreEle: When I Imagine the Rest of our lives

A Poem by mikl paul

BreEle: When I Imagine the Rest of our lives

windows fill with light

   and crouching beneath the

lower corners we drink

   the excess spilling over.

you hold the spines of leaves

   in the air  and  of

   all the ways I admire

you, I prefer on my

    knees     and

someday your stomach will

   swell as we design

echoes    and  when

  we hold our ears to

the night and ask

   who,    who?

it will be you

   who has this magnificent

reach.

Hey, that's a good poem. Hmm... Romantic and devotional.
