The Dark side Of Recovery

My heart still feels sore.

It only grows worse from being ignored.

If it explains the way it feels,

The more it is ignored the less it feels real.

Time is needed for sanities sake.

That’s the solution for all hearts that break.

But it might take awhile even for the strong.

It might still be healing when dead and long gone.

The best way to love at this rate,

Is to forget that you love and remember you hate.
