Absence Not Abstinence

Absence Not Abstinence

A Story by Michael

To be apart even if for just one day seems like an eternity that leave me oblivious to the thoughts of those around me never quite grasping the quality of time that we share til the event of your absence.  Abstaining from the very obligation ["til death do us part"] the negotiation that has kept us together throughout this year.  Refraining from abstinence never contemplating the thoughts of others that may come our way.  Holding dear to those vowels that we said upon that glorious day.  Keeping true to my words, forgetting not the sensation that has enticed me to seduce you in every way.  Living life to it's fullest groping lustfully for what ever you may bring. Clasping every word that proceeds to come forth out of your mouth, into mine ears, as though it were word inspired be God himself. Resting not for the thought of tomorrow brings excitement to my mind.  What ever may come, whether it be sorrow or joy, we will weather it all, with our girls and boys.
