True neutral

Standing on the sidelines
watching their joy 
and their woe 

He/she it or they 
may feel compelled 
to lend a hand 

they probably don't 
but if they do 
its because otherwise 
things will become 
truly unbalanced 

not to aid the suffering masses
or to enforce the laws but simply 
so things remain equal in the grand scheme.
