Hopeful: A change will come

Something i wrote to correct the notion of my country people who seek for change in the situation of the nation. A message to reveal that collective change begins with an individual.

I could talk about life, you could talk about strife. We could talk about everything that makes us hurt inside but the solutions to these lies in our hands
The lies we tell rocking like the school bells so loud to withstand even the kids yell.
Why should it be so when we have everything we need enough to last our lifespan and take us off our knees
Just an iota of honesty, a little i say is enough to guarantee a brighter day not for ourselves alone but even for the seeds yet to be sown
My people i beg!!!
Lets stop all this mess cos it will get us no where and until we decide to change we will never get there
To a land filled with milk and honey where the memories will be bright and sunny.
This i forsee for u
I hope u do the same too.
And though d distance seems far
I'll kip on preaching I LOVE NAIJA.
