The SeaA Poem by Autumn's RemorseA poem about the holocaust
Setting sail upon the shallow sea,
Not yet aware of its diminishing beauty, The waters deepen and envelope the light, Far from the sun lurks the darkest of nights. Clouds the color of air thick with ash Conceal the horrors that will come to pass. The screams of the sky rumble loudly above, Filling hearts with the fear that eradicates love. The monstrous creatures of the crimson ocean, Murder with the lust of Satan's devotion, Blending into the sky are the roaring waves Drowning the hope of future's days. There are no stars to lead the sailors path, Succumbing fully to the storm's wrath. The thickest darkness conceals those who set sail, Moaning in silence but to no avail. The sun shines despite the present Death's Head, And the lungs of the innocent turn heavy as lead. Thrown into the burning waters for eternal unrest, Becoming the next cloud of ashes, The next omen of death.
