Look Away, look away

Look Away, look away

A Poem by Greg Peterson
"

A poem about one dying, and his last words to many a different individual

"

Look Away

Look Away, Look Away

Sufferer of servants, kings of men

My hearts torn apart

And my time I cannot spend

Look Away, Look Lway

Tearful shrew

Though thine heart be bitter

Thine words were ever true

Look Away, look away

Faithful follower, and friend forever

I do believe I cannot stay

My ties, I must sever

Look Away, look away

Dearest of mine

You shall never be forgotten

For you were always kind

Look away, look away

Mourning matriarch

Worry not for my worldliness

For we shall never be apart

Look away, Look away

My falling father eyes

The stars and my scars

They pointed to my demise

look away, look away

Mine eyes; they see the light

My bones know the way

And I shall leave in the night.
