Fate

Fate

A Poem by Midwest Baddest

I use to believe you was my perfect destiny,

until lies was thrown at me.

Then I seen your true colors shine,

and I no longer wanted you as mine.

You beg for me back,

saying how could I replace everything we had.

If you was my fate,

then there wouldn't of been all the mistakes,

that I always forgave.

Promises constantly broken,

like my hearts beating in slow motion.

You're not my fate,

because if you was you'd be willing to change.

You'll no longer call me out of my name.

Hold onto me tight and never let go,

the feelings would just flow,

like precious music notes.

Fate isn't you

And you are not fate.

You are misery.

Destined to be my heartbreak.

That's quite a nice poem that you've got there =).
Keep working on it, but overall it is good.
