Part 5

"Come in" said Mrs. Falcon, as i entered i began to get nervous. I didnt know if i was making the right decision. I sure hoped i was because my life as i knew was about to change in ways i couldnt imagine. I went straight to the point "ill stay".Gabriels head shot up surprise clearly on his face. He looked like he wanted to say something but thought better of it. I ignored him and turned back to Mrs Falcon. "Excellent then let us begin with the proceedings, and Gabriel do you have class right now?". Gabriel seemed came out of his shock and replied “uhhh no i dont have a class right now” Mrs. Falcon claps her hands together “Excellent, then you can give alexandria a tour of the school while i get her enrolled and her class schedule ready i am sure you tour are gonna get along amazingly well. You two will be the best of friends” she told us with a knowing smile. Gabriel and shared a look.What in the world would give this lady that idea. Its not like she had seen us interact all that much being as i just got here. Gabriel seemed complicated and really hard to get along with. I was very curious to know what had turned him that way at at such a young age. It seemed as if all he saw, all he knew was darkness. That darkness almost appeared to radiate through off of him in way that repelled anything good. I can only imagine that people would ran in the oppisite direction at the site of him. Me, i was drawn to him and i didnt understand why. I wondered what the real gabriel was like underneath that tough exterior he presented like armor against the world.

We left her office in silence.Gabriel was tense, and i could tell he was uncomfortable “ You dont have to show me around if you dont want to I can show myself around.” I said suprised that i didnt study.”Sorry angel but no you are going to have to put up with my presence for a little while longer. Now hurry up lets get this over with. .”
