To start with it reminded me about parting with friends from childhood, something I can relate too a great deal at the moment, but when I found out it was about an imaginary friend I felt sad it wasn't real to my situation yet glad there was a slightly more humorous, while still sorrowful, feel to this poem.
Long story short, I like it because it fits more than one scenario and still remains heartfelt and sad. :)
This is a great piece of work! I like it! If you want my advice for future poems, all I have to say is that you should try to add more emotion by using mood words and adjectives from the heart.
that was so nice ,you started something ,that wont end
i wont ever say goodbye too,it always brought tears ,for it meant lasting seperation ,
a thing i most feared ,how i hate anything to end ,even if we were enemies we could still keep friends
never will part with any,all around are sweet and never enough friends, dont ever go,never leave
just stay near ,makes me secure ,i lean on youand feel strong ,to know that how long we used to know
we will always feel the same, and you are always close, some great friend to the end of days
how i loved the thought behind this ,how dreamy, how lovely ,all the words
lovely write..
This is nostalgia fuel. Many memories from my own childhood raced rapidly back and forth in my head as I progressed line by line. It has provided growth for my capacity of understanding the capability of raw imagination and creativity; of it's infinite power and the lifelong dreams, peace, and conflict that are bundled within it.
It reminds me of that Spongebob episode in which he and Patrick have more fun pretending inside of a cardboard box than Squidward does just living his life.
Reading this made me less of a Squidward.

This is really great. "Because you were never there to begin with." that explains the whole. Great one.
