Summer filled eyes

An endless summer day lurks in his eyes

A smudge of yellow and the color green

So bright and intensifying

My eyes lock on them

Too amazed by their color

My heart beats faster

Begging me to move closer

To touch his skin

To kiss his lips

Yet I just stare

Too mesmerized to make a move

Too lost in his eyes
