My Poor Flower

My Poor Flower

A Poem by *Evelen*

One day he gave me a flower.

I loved it everyday.

Gave it water and light.

Hoping that it would stay a live

One day I came up to him

Rushing, but stopped right in my tracks

I stared at him in confusion

As I saw her in his arms

That night I stared at my flower

Dieing to give it water, and light

But I no longer have any more love

To give to my poor flower

Heart-break.
You could give someone your everything, and then wake up one day to find that they don't want it.

Very good write.

Oh this is sad. Most people don't look at a flower as a living thing that is dying and in this you did. It's creative and I really enjoyed it. I liked the ending:
"But I no longer have any more love
To give to my poor flower"
Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
