Stress

Stress

A Poem by micky

As the world comes crashing down
On my shoulders
I begin to drown
Beneath these boulders

The stress destroying my body
The panic attacks...
The anxiety ...
Slowly it just packs

My feet collapsing beneath me
My lungs gasp for air
Lost in this reality
Is there anybody out there

The damage is done
Fear is now a daily norm
There's nowhere left to run
As I slowly begin to deform
