Inspiration

I wait for you inspiration

But you never come

I want to influence a nation

But that's never been done

I hope to be positive

But I don't deserve to be 

For I am not worth the prerogative

 I suppose i'm unworthy 

But at least I know now...

nice introspective piece that flows beautifully... the emotion and frustration reach out to the reader very nicely, so well done... I think we, as writers, have all felt this way a time or two and that is completely normal... I doubt myself and my writing all the time... keep your chin up, if this is any indication of your ability, I would say you are talented and have nothing to worry about... nice write, my friend... :)

Inspiration many times refered to as a descent a moment of grace. It is a moment mythologically speaking you summon the deity and when it touches you it do so through the language with which you better know yourself. What happens if that process is not quite refined? It does not reach you leaving you uncertain knowing that you don't know. Never to be unworthy ! Rather keep on trying.
