EdenA Poem by Lost in WonderlandI wonder what it looked like That beautiful garden they’ve told us about With four bubbling, gushing rivers And trees all around that were Quote Pleasing to the eyes I wonder if the grass was a cool as the evening breeze, As soft as a silk blanket I wonder if the flowers Were the deepest shade of violet The brightest of reds, The purest of pinks Or if they were a color we have yet to see on this earth Oh that beautiful garden With birds chirping just around the bend Whistling a sweet melody Just for you to dance to And the animals Now thought of as beasts Would sit purring at your bare feet Oh the peace The love and purity and hope and peace In that beautiful garden that, On this earth In this life, We have yet to see. © 2012 Lost in WonderlandReviews
