Out of Tune Concerto

Out of Tune Concerto

A Poem by Michelle Gent
"

About delightful singers that haven't grasped the talent of singing in key

"
Out of Tune Concerto-

Out of tune concerto Au revoir, your hearing's impairdo
A tone deaf canary who's face rivals that of a pixie or fairy
Expressing her inner joy "Ode to Joy" oh boy, oh boy!
She sings her cracked melodies throughout the day
Notes misplaced leading lyrics astray

Glass shattering ears popping
Yet little diva keeps on rocking
Obliviously singing over the choir
Each octave a little closer to god

An angel with harp, halo and heart of gold
Lifting spirits along the way
This sweet endearing mocking bird
Though pitch is often off and varied

Sounds of a woodpecker permeate brain
Leaving an impression and headache
So pleased in her efforts she doesn't let up
She just keeps plugging away

Listens no longer phased
by verses and phrases going off key
If beauty's in the eye of the beholder
Enchantments in the loving ears of bestowed

So sing it to the roof tops passionate musical coo-coo
To family you already top the charts
A pop star in your own right so shine
Shine little star so lovely, delightful and bright
