Drops of Heaven

Drops of Heaven-

Speckled light reflects upon drops
of last nights residing rain
Sparkling prisms of twinkling stars
Like headlights guiding the way

Shadows begotten of the sun
Darkness comes to light
Taken from a somber spell
A drifting high flying kite

Sunny disposition's got me
Riding on golden rays wade pool
Well above high tide
Wind to sails I'm blown

Through uncharted skies
Gale winds to my back
Uncertain as to where I'm going
Mother Nature has now taken over

Dropped on unfamiliar soil
Milky white sand sifts between my toes
Umbrella placed in beach and glass
Serendipity has just taken hold

after the dark rain comes the beach!!! I could feel the ocean's spray in your "serendipity" Michelle, now if I can just clean off this sand between my toes... ;0)

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
1st stanza - woohoo, loving it Michelle: Class, love it! Through uncharted skies - Gale winds to my back
Uncertain as to where I'm going- Mother Nature has now taken over: After the first stanza it was like a ride of uncertainty and I loved it! Everything was wonderful; Milky white sand sifts between my toes...Serendipity has just taken hold. It's like something in that glass was magical. Can I have some? Bravo! Thank you. Dale
