Sudden Inclinations

Sudden Inclinations

A Poem by michele vera

Occurring Moments arise that Pull Me

Towards Those Sudden Inclinations.

To Move Towards The Rising Sun and

Feel The Birthing of a New Day.

To Swim Paralles to the Rip Tide,

and Glide Within The Rushing

Unabiding Water.

To Frolic In The Vast Fields of

Wildflowers, where Intrinsic

Beauty cannot be Tamed.

To Peer at my Deepest Reflection

in the Honesty of The Full-Crested

Moons' Surface.

Somedays I have those Sudden

Inclinations to Defy Gravity and

Linger within my own Sacred

Space, where Time and

Thought Intertwine into

their own Unending Abstraction.
