fear

you can see it

you can smell it

you can taste it

you can feel it

but what is fear

is it the guilt of our past

is it something we can or cannot do

is someone can’t help

is it fear of something

or do you fear another

so what is fear for you

will you run forever

or will you stand and fight

will you pretend that the problems and fear is not there

or will you work it out

will you ask for help

or will you stand alone

to be honest fear is nothing

without you

fear cannot linger

it is ok to ask for help

it is ok to be afraid

we all have fear

but we must not let it overrun our plans

overrun what or who we love

we must not let it overrun our lives
